March 24, 2016 at 8:19 AM

The Dunn Tire Mountain Goat Run Training Runs start this Saturday at the MOST in Armory Square. The doors of The MOST open at 7 a.m. and instructions will be at 7:30 a.m. sharp.

The first training run is free and open to everyone, however all participants are required to sign a waiver. The rest of the series costs just $5 and includes training runs on April 9, 16, and 23. Please note, there is no training run on Saturday, April 2 because of the Syracuse Half Marathon.

The run this week will be 5.75 miles long and will feature a water stop with water and Gatorade that you can access twice. The course can be viewed here.

If you are one of the 400 who have already registered for the training runs, you can pick up your training run wristband at Fleet Feet Sports in DeWitt or Clay. In addition, if you want to sign up for the training runs in person, you can do that at the Fleet Feet Sports stores.

Sign up today to avoid lines on March 26th and we look forward to seeing all of you.
