Get your rest!

Nothing you can do at this point will make you more fit to run the Mountain Goat Run. In fact, you can only tire yourself, keeping you from being your best on Sunday morning.

If you are running in the next few days, keep it short and easy; just enough to keep your legs flexible.

Get lots of rest, hydrate and eat normally.

On Saturday night, get all of your race gear ready to keep Sunday stress free. Don't forget to pack a smile!

The caprese sancwidh looks delicious! For some reason when it comes to grilled cheeses though, I like the traditional american cheese on white bread with a cup of tomato soup. It reminds me of my childhood!
