Here are answers to frequently asked questions:

Can I pick up a packet for a friend at the Expo? No; to avoid problems, only pick up your own.

I am volunteering, where do I report? Report to the Volunteer Tent in Clinton Square.

How many Water Stops? Five stops on the 10 Mile Course featuring Water/Gatorade; One stop for 3k with water.

What time do the races start? Kids' Run at 8:50 a.m., 3k at 9:15 a.m., 10 Mile at10:15 a.m.

What food and drinks are available after the run?   There is a full buffet of bagels, chips, fruit and cookies, along with water and energy drink for post-race food. In addition, there will be beer available for participants at no charge. Participants who want to have a beer must show photo ID at the ID Station and obtain a wristband. Finally, there will be a few food trucks at Clinton Square featuring a variety of food for sale as well as ice cream for sale.

Awards - All age group awards will be handed out at the awards table in back of the main stage. 3k and 10 Mile awards will be available as follows: 3k starting at 10 a.m. and 10 Mile at noon. In some cases, certain age group awards in the 10 mile may be delayed if runners are still on the course in that age group.

All results will be posted in back of the stage on the Skaneateles Triathlon Trailer.

Where do the races start? The Kids' Race starts on Salina Street, South of the Start/Finish Line structure. The kids' race is a quick half mile and is down and back. The kids finish at the same finish line as the 3k and 10 mile.

The 10 Mile and 3k each start at the Start/Finish Line on Salina Street at Clinton Square.
