Age Group Awards (based on chip time)
10 Mile
There will be awards for the top 3 males and females in the following age groups:
18 and under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 64-69 and 70 and up.

3k Run/Walk
There will be awards for the top 2 males and the top 2 females in the following age groups:
12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and up.

12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and up.
Time Bonus Medals
Runners who take part in the 10 Mile Mountain Goat Run will be eligible for a special Time Bonus Medal.

Medals will be awarded using the following criteria:
Men
Gold - Sub 60 Minutes
Silver - Sub 70 Minutes
Bronze - Sub 80 Minutes
Women
Gold - Sub 70 Minutes
Silver - Sub 80 Minutes
Bronze - Sub 90 Minutes
Virtual Finisher Badges
All 10 Mile and 3K finishers will have the opportunity to download a virtual finisher badge that can be shared on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Prize Money
Prize money winners are not eligible for Age Group awards.
The Dunn Tire Mountain Goat Run reserves the right to test cash prize winners for performance-enhancing substances.

Seeding
The Mountain Goat will issue free entries to past champions of the Mountain Goat 10 Miler and to the top five men and women from the previous year's 10 mile event.
