The Mountain Goat financially gives back to the following organizations:

- Upstate Hospital
- Local High School Cross Country Teams
- Kirk Park Colts
- Strathmore Neighborhood Association
- Wonderful Tipperary Hill Neighborhood Association
- Good Old Boys Junior Bass Fishing Club
- Syracuse Track Club
We also give out 4 $500 scholarships every year to graduation Section III Athletic High School runners!
The scholarships are:
- Outstanding Achievement In Distance Running (Male and Female)
- Outstanding Commitment to Distance Running (Male and Female)
